Refund and Cancellation

We value your trust in Sia, our advanced data analysis tool, and strive to ensure a seamless user experience. This policy explains our terms for cancellations and refunds when purchases are made through our payment gateway.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request cancellation of their subscription or license purchase within 10 days of the transaction.

  • For cancellations, a 15% service/processing fee will be deducted from the total paid amount to cover payment gateway and administrative charges.

  • Cancellations requested after the subscription period has begun or after significant usage of the tool may not be eligible for a refund (see Section 2).

  • To initiate a cancellation, please email us with your order details and registered account email.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fee as mentioned above.

  • Refunds will only be issued for payments made directly through our official payment gateway.

  • Refund requests must be made 10 days from the payment date.

  • Refunds will not be available in cases where:

    • The product has been used extensively beyond the trial/demo features.

    • Subscription/license term is completed or more than 20 % of the subscription period has been consumed.

    • The cancellation request falls outside the eligible period.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from approval.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any special customizations, integrations, or add-on services purchased with Sia are strictly non-refundable.

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
